7KD082 - Pinot Cask, Finished in a seasoned PX Cask - 56.9% (Cask Strength) 500ml 

21/11/2019 - 13/12/2023 4 years 23 days entire maturation, finished in PX Cask for 6 months, 14 days

Colour: Between Vintage Oak and Moscatel Sherry in colour.

Nose: Big, bold toffee oozing over sultanas. Rich molasses mingles with thistles and hessian bags. Christmas Pudding that has been WELL soaked in Brandy.  

Palate: Rich stewed plums and chocolate raisins descend onto the palate to start, followed by crystalised ginger and Moscatel sherry. Mace like spice rounds out a decadent palate.

Finish: A Christmas Dram we all dream of. Massive sherry bomb, that doesn't feel like natural cask strength of 56.9%.
