GIBS AND VELENS MARTINI

The 7K twist on the Gibson (the martini with onion instead of olive). If you like your drinks a little more savoury, the Gibs and Velens needs to be part of your cocktail repertoire. Crack open that onion jar!


INGREDIENTS
60ml of 7K Modern Tasmanian Gin
20ml of Fino Sherry
Barspoon of pickled onion liquid
Skewer of pickled onions

METHOD
Combine the gin and sherry in a mixing glass or cocktail shaker with ice, Stir for about 30 seconds, then strain into an elegant coupe glass. Skewer some pickled onions then add for garnish.
